Goal

2. What are SMART goals?

Now that you have learnt about SMART goals, choose one of the following activities to see if you can write your own goals.

After watching the video, try to remember some information about SMART goals.

After watching the video, copy in your notebook the SMART goal example. Then write your own goal and compare both. Check your goal to see if it is a SMART goal. Is it specific? Is it measurable? Is it achievable? Is it relevant? Is it timed?

How much you have learned to get here! Everything you learn helps you to achieve the goals you set for yourself.

Reflect for a moment on all you have learned so far. And complete STEP 3 of your Learning Journal (I review what I have learned).

Remember:

  • Ask your teacher whether you will fill it in on paper or on the computer.
  • If you fill it in on the computer, don't forget to save it on your computer when you finish it!
