Definition:

  • Used to describe slopes with almost a vertical angle.
  • Normalmente usada para describir pendientes con un ángulo casi vertical.

Example:

  • I tried to climb the slope, but it was so steep that I had to give up the race.
  • Intenté escalar la pendiente, pero era tan empinada que tuve que abandonar la carrera.
