People often impress us with their unique gifts and talents. In small groups, look at the pictures and say which talents are exposed. Then answer and discuss the following questions:
1. What is the person in the picture good at?
2. Which one does impress you most? Why?
3. Which one do you feel identified with?
4. Could you add another talent?

Picture 1: This picture shows different examples of academic talents: reading, writing, mathematics, problem solving, entrepreneurship etc.
Picture 2: Playing an instrument is an example of an artistic talent. Other examples may be acting, dancing, singing, pottery or woodwork, painting or even magic.
Picture 3: This picture represents two examples of interpersonal talents: caring for others and teamwork. Other examples may be: leadership, listening, public speaking.
Picture 4: The ideal moment to develop your sporting talents is while you are in your teens! What types of sport do you or people in your neighbourhood/village usually do? Practising a sport often helps you to develop another skill, e.g. playing in a team may help you to be good at teamwork.
Picture 5: Take some time and reflect on what you are good at. Self reflection is an example of a personal talent. Other examples may be staying calm, patience, time/ money management.
