Have you been distracted during the activity?

Surely while you were doing this activity something happened that made you stop. Maybe someone knocked on the door, maybe the teacher was talking to someone, maybe a classmate asked a question, maybe you remembered something funny....

Many things can distract you while you are working and when you get back to the activity you find it harder to concentrate.

It is important that you learn to control your distractions. Here are some tips:

- Concentrate well on the activity you have to do.

- If it has many steps or is very difficult, take short breaks to rest.

- If there is a lot of noise, ask for silence.

- Think that if you are distracted you will take longer to finish.
