In order to convince your classmates, you need to talk about the places that you will visit and what activities you can do there.
Here you have some words that will help you.
The following activities will help you to learn vocabulary related to places and activities you can do there.
Find the following words in the grid below and write them in your notebook:
MONUMENT, THEME PARK, FOREST, RIVER, LAKE, BRIDGE, GO HIKING, TAKE TOURS and GO DIVING
Read the following sentences and choose the best answer for each blank space.
In your notebook, match the places with the activities you normally do there.
Then write in your notebook a sentence for each pair of pictures and show them to your teacher.
Now it’s your turn to be creative. In your notebook, write about a two/three-day trip you made using vocabulary about places and activities.
Describe what you can do there and then try to create different moments from your visit using the materials that your teacher suggests you.
When you finish, show it to your teacher.
When we want to learn something, it is normal to make mistakes at the beginning.
Failure is part of learning, remember when you first rode a bike, or when you tried to swim in the water?
Surely it wasn't easy at first, but every time you failed, you tried again. With each failure we learn from the mistake and improve it for the next time.
To learn from your mistakes, follow these tips:
1. I realise where I have failed.
2. Look for ways to improve that mistake.
3. I try again.
4. I understand that mistakes are important for learning.
Don't forget: when you make a mistake once, you learn for the next try.
