Affirmative form:

Personal pronoun + am / is / are + verb -ing 

I am wearing a blue coat.
You are wearing a pink skirt.

Negative form: 

Personal pronoun + am not / isn't / aren't + verb -ing 

I am not wearing a yellow dress.
You aren't wearing a black hat. 
He / She isn't wearing a purple jumper.
We / You / They aren't wearing a blue tie. 

Interrogative form:

Am / Is / Are + personal pronoun + verb -ing + ?
