You've been enrolled in an English course at CEOLS for three months now. After having some problems from the very beginning, you decide to write an e-mail to complain about the poor standard of their service. Include the following information:
- Purpose for writing.
- Problems you had (teachers, course level, materials...).
- Compensation claimed for the inconvenience.
Write between 125-150 words.
