Descripción de la tarea

 

Lee este texto sobre la aventura vivida por la familia Álvarez-Belón en 2004:

 

María Belón and her family travelled to Thailand for the Christmas holiday in 2004. They wanted a dream holiday, but they found the worst nightmare with the Indian Ocean tsunami of Boxing Day 2004.   While María, Enrique -her husband- and their three sons were having a day of relaxation by the pool of their exotic hotel, a tsunami hit them with a ferocious wall of water that destroyed everything. María was lying by the pool and two of the boys were playing in the swimming pool with the father but they didn’t see the wave.   Maria was very seriously injured as she was under the mass of dark water for more than three minutes. Miraculously, she surfaced and clung on to a tree. She was in shock, alone and convinced she was dying but finally, they all survived. The tsunami killed 230,000 people across Thailand, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and eleven other countries. María and her family were very lucky. 5.    Redacta ahora un pequeño texto narrativo (60 palabras aprox) donde cuentas algo especial que te ha podido ocurrir (algo divertido, diferente o peligroso). Antes de escribir tu texto, ordena tus ideas usando esta tabla a modo de borrador:

Recuerda:

• Debes redactar tu texto en el tiempo pasado (pasado simple y pasado continuo)
• Utiliza conectores temporales: first, then, later, etc…
• No uses expresiones muy complejas; puedes no decir la verdad, pero siempre cuéntalo bien, sin complicarte con estructuras o vocabulario complejo.

María is a brave wife and mother of three children. She isn’t very tall - she is 1.65m tall-. She is slim but she isn’t very strong because she doesn’t usually do sport. She has dark, long straight hair and black eyes. She likes wearing blue jeans and baggy comfortable sweaters. María is special because she is very brave and calm at difficult situations. She is usually friendly and open but sometimes gets sad and quiet. She is someone I really admire.

• Vocabulario adecuado para la descripción: ropa, físico, personalidad
• Presente simple como tiempo verbal
