4.- Culture: Money and travelling

The official currency1 in the United Kingdom is the Sterling Pound. There are one and two pounds coins2 and five pound, ten pound, twenty pound, fifty pound, one hundred and two hundred pound notes3. All the notes have the face of Queen Elizabeth II.

The official currency in the United States is the US dollar. There are one dollar, five dollar, ten dollar, twenty dollar, fifty dollar and one hundred dollar notes. They have different faces of the USA Presidents but in all of them you can read: “ In God we trust” (Confiamos en Dios)

In the United Kingdom and Ireland you must drive on the left when you travel by car, bus or train. In the USA you must drive on the right, just like in Spain.
