The most awaited moment has arrived!

 In groups of three, you must create your comic to send it to the nearest hospital classroom. 

Remember to put into practice everything you have learned here.

Among other things, you will have to specify the type of story you want to tell: will it be a love story? Will it be a comedy?

You will also have to think about and write what you want to happen in your story, as well as the characters that will appear in it.

Remember that the story must be short and logical, that is why it has to be divided into three parts: beginning, middle and end. 

It is important to keep in mind that a comic has its own language.

So, do not forget that the texts of your story have to be developed in the form of dialogues when the characters speak or narration if the narrator is  speaking.

Do not forget the use of speech bubbles, captions and onomatopoeias. 

All this must be transferred to the number of panels with which you want to tell your story.

By now, you should already have a title for it. 

And now it’s turn for the most exciting part: drawing your comic to give life to everything you have designed. 

I see that you have a lot of things to do. The following activity will help you organize yourself to be a good comic designer. Are you up for it?

  3. Fill in the template by using the information provided by Retor.
  4. Now, you have your work planning.

2. Reflecting

To reach a goal, you need to be strategic.

That is to say, to have methods, techniques, "tricks" to get where you want to be sooner or more easily.

Now I'm going to teach you a strategy, take advantage of it to reach your goal! 

This strategy is called “I organise my work”, which allows us to arrange a series of temporally related events.

Specifically, the string of sequences  will help you establish the order you should follow to solve the activities more effectively.

Have a look at 3.4.2. Graphic organisers. In that section, you will see an example of a string of sequences that will help you to create your own one.

Para llegar a una meta, es conveniente que seas un buen o buena estratega.

Es decir, tener métodos, técnicas, “trucos” para llegar antes o de forma más fácil donde tú quieres.

Ahora te voy a enseñar una estrategia, ¡Aprovéchala para alcanzar tu reto! 

Esta estrategia se llama “Organizo mi trabajo”, la cual nos permite ordenar una serie de eventos relacionados temporalmente.

Específicamente, la cadena de secuencias  te ayudará a establecer el orden que debes seguir para resolver las actividades de manera más efectiva.

Échale un vistazo al punto 3.4.2. Organizadores gráficos. En esta sección, verás un ejemplo de una cadena de secuencias  que te

ayudará a crear la tuya propia.

- Think about how you are feeling. 

- Observe and ask your classmates to find out how they are feeling.

- Decide as a team what things you can do to feel better before you solve the activity.
