Lee y escucha el siguiente diálogo:

At the Travel Agency

Travel Agent: And when do you want to go? Do you want to go in March?

Lorenzo: Hummm... It is cold in March. We want to go in April, at Easter.

Travel Agent: Flights are not cheap at Easter.

Lorenzo: We know that, they are never cheap when there is a holiday but ...

Travel Agent: Oh! Aren't you lucky? My computer has found (ha encontrado) ten tickets to London and at a very cheap price!

Lorenzo: That's great! When do we leave?

Travel Agent: You leave on Friday, Good Friday, and you come back on Tuesday

Lorenzo: Have you got a calendar, please?

Travel Agent: Yes, of course. Here you are!

Lorenzo: OK, we leave on 10th April and come back on 14th

Indica qué crees que está preguntando la agente de viajes cuando dice "How do you want to travel?"

Tras la lectura y escucha de los tres diálogos, ¿sabrías decir qué nuevas partículas aparecen y su significado? Seguramente, te habrás dado cuenta de que when significa cuándo; where, dónde y how, cómo.

Lorenzo está preparando un viaje y es muy importante saber preguntar esta información en la agencia. Es vital para la organización del viaje.

La partícula interrogativa when se usa para preguntar por el momento en que ocurre algo.

Se traduce al castellano como cuándo.

Ejemplos:

La partícula interrogativa where sirve para preguntar por el lugar donde ocurre algo.

Se corresponde en castellano con la palabra dónde.

Ejemplos:

Corresponde a la palabra cómo en castellano.
